Wilson's illustrations have been published in various printed media (Time, City Magazine, Breakthrough Magazine, South China Morning Post etc.) and his paintings exhibited in numerous group exhibitions such as Restricted Exposure (Fringe Festival, 1996), Playdium (OP Fotogallery, 1998), Petal Parade (Cattle Depot, 2003); and some solo ones, including Little SIgns (Fringe Club Gallery, 1996), Out of Here (Hong Kong Arts Centre, 2004), B(l)ack to Red (HKAC, 2005) and Rumble and Remedy (Indexg, Toronto, 2010). 

 

To date, Wilson has written and published two books : Twelve Tales in Eleven Monochromes, a collection of short illustrated stories, funded by Hong Kong Arts Development Council, 1996; and The Adventure of a Small-Headed Turtle, a children story.
